I think at least a part of this document is very true:
"An arrogant and out-of-touch government of self-appointed elites
makes decisions, issues mandates, and enacts laws without accepting or
requesting the input of the many".

It is true today as it was true during 8 years of Bush era.
Document not mention lobbing - it means it is a pledge to big
corporations - "don't worry, we will take care of you the same way
Democrats are taking care of you right now".
