Re: Blame the Republicans

Yawn.
The Republicans perpetually tout 'personal responsibility' -- until it is the Rs that are personally responsible.
Gregory points out that the Rs are in control of the House. No spending (or any other) bills can be passed WITHOUT the Republican's participation. Once they participate, they will (naturally) fail to take responsibility and instead BLAME everyone and anyone BUT themselves. Of course their faithful will defend this silliness. Sadly no one seems to 'learn' from history.

either, but the ocean hasn't moved an inch.

Cafeteria Patriots
How can a person claim to be a patriot because he defends the Constitution, but is opposed to Article V of the Constitution? They must think the Founders were opposed to the Constitution when they wrote Article V.

You can't support only the parts of the Constitution with which you agree and oppose the rest. That's an anti-2A argument for Cafeteria Patriots.
