Re: FW: [WTP] CITIZENS RISING FOR THE CONSTITUTION: LIBERTY GETS A LOBBY - Will you answer the call?

In 2006, Schulz was under investigation by the Internal Revenue
Service (IRS) in connection with an alleged failure to file Federal
income tax returns for years 2001 through 2004.[2]

[edit] Injunction against SchulzOn August 9, 2007, the United States
District Court for the Northern District of New York issued an order
including an injunction permanently barring Schulz and his We the
People Foundation from (1) advising or instructing persons or entities
that they are not required to file federal tax returns or pay federal
taxes (see Tax protester arguments); (2) selling or furnishing any
materials purporting to enable individuals to discontinue or stop
withholding or paying federal taxes; (3) instructing, advising or
assisting anyone to stop withholding or stop paying federal employment
or income taxes; and (4) obstructing or advising anyone to obstruct
IRS examinations, collections, or other IRS proceedings.[3] The court
found that Schulz and the We the People Foundation were engaging in
illegal activity that was exposing individuals to criminal liability
in connection with federal income taxes. In February 2008, that
decision was affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the
Second Circuit. In its decision, the Court of Appeals stated:

The district court found that defendants' illegal activities were
harming individuals, who were exposing themselves to criminal
liability by following the defendants' ill-conceived instructions.
[ . . . ] Requiring defendants to provide the identity and contact
information of the recipients of the tax materials enables the
government to monitor the defendants' obligation under the injunction
to provide a copy of the district court's order to recipients of the
tax materials. Moreover, the district court found that the defendants'
illegal actions were harming the government [ . . . ] Requiring
defendants to provide the identity and contact information [ . . . ]
enables the government to monitor whether the recipients of
defendants' materials are violating the tax laws. Thus, we find no
abuse of discretion with respect to the district court's imposition of
the reporting requirements in Paragraph C of the injunction.[4]
[edit] Contempt proceedingOn April 7, 2008, the government filed a
motion in the United States District Court for the Northern District
of New York, asking the court to hold Robert L. Schulz and the We the
People Foundation in civil contempt of court for failure to comply
with the court order requiring Schulz to turn over, to the government,
the names and contact information of the individuals who had received
tax materials from the Foundation.[5] On April 28, 2008, the District
Court issued an order holding Schulz and the other defendants in
contempt of court, imposing fines of $2,000 per day[6] on Schulz, the
We the People Foundation, and the We the People Congress, effective
retroactively to April 28, 2008, if the defendants did not comply with
the court order by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 2008.[7] At 3:55 pm on
May 5, 2008, Schulz filed a document with the court asserting that he
had turned the material over to the United States attorney's office
earlier that day.[8]

Re: Liberal Comedian "Jokes" About Assassinating Sarah Palin

so, is saying that he will kill Palin if she becomes president similar
to saying he will kill Obama if he wakes up in the morning?

Titus was born in Castro Valley, California to Ken Titus and Juanita
C. Holmes. Christopher's parents divorced when he was a young child,
and he was raised largely by his father, Ken, a judgmental, chain-
smoking, hard drinker who was married six times and divorced five
times. His mother, Juanita, suffered from schizophrenia and spent time
in and out of mental hospitals. At four he was taken away from his
father and given to his grandparents on his mother's side. His father
went to kidnap him back and told the local district attorney of his
plans without them knowing. Rather than arrest him, the attorney gave
him legal tactics he could use to get his son back which he used and
eventually regained custody of Christopher. When he was 12 he ran away
from his father to live with his mother, during which he lived in her
garage but he shortly moved back with his father. According to Titus
in Norman Rockwell is Bleeding, Juanita was acquitted in 1986 after
murdering her second husband who beat her up during Thanksgiving
dinner, and committed suicide in 1994 after marrying another abusive
man and being sent to therapy for hurling a Duraflame log through the
window of a Missouri sheriff's office. This resulted in Titus having a
nervous breakdown on his flight a week after her funeral.

Titus had problems with alcohol and drugs during adolescence until one
day, while intoxicated, he fell into a bonfire at a beach party.

Liberal Comedian "Jokes" About Assassinating Sarah Palin

Liberal Comedian "Jokes" About Assassinating Sarah Palin

Potential murderer Christopher Titus

Have you heard of a standup comedian named Titus?

No?

Me, neither.

That's probably because he's not funny. He's also a slimeball who makes threats, under the guise of a "joke," about killing a woman who has never done him any harm.

ConservativeByte.com reports, June 7, 2011, that a day before, in an appearance on "The Adam Carolla Show" (no, I've never heard of Carolla either), Titus made a quip about hanging out on the "grassy knoll" if Palin is elected in 2012.

Titus said: "You know what man? I am going to literally — if she gets elected president, I am going to hang out on the grassy knoll all the time, just loaded and ready — because you know what? It's for my country. It's for my country. If I got to sacrifice myself, it's for my country."

If this were a conservative who made the "joke," it'd be all over the news and Eric Holder would have the FBI at his doorstep.

So much for the Left's demonization of Conservatives being violence-prone and trigger-happy. Just another example of the Left's psychological projection.

You can listen to Titus making his threat HERE.

H/t beloved fellow May, aka Maziel.

Just Try It, Geithner!

So this airhead Thom Hartman wants Obama and Geithner to withhold federal funds from Conservative Red States because their representatives won't vote to increase the debt ceiling. Well that's just fine, go ahead and GO FOR IT, and we will cut you off at the knees.

We'll start out by stopping all tax revenue to Washington for a start, feeling the pinch yet. No, then you should consider which states produce most of the food you eat, yeah that's right the Red States. We could just stop all food shipments to the blue states. And what about gas, seeing that most of the oil produced comes from, that's right the R-E-D States and not to mention that most of the oil shipments come into ports, wait for it...in the Red States. We'll be glad to take that oil, refine it and transport it to OUR gas stations in the Red States and since we are no longer sending you tax revenues we will only be paying about $1.00 a gallon maybe less. Have fun with those rolling blackouts in liberal land and I hope you have comfortable walking shoes or a sturdy bike for your daily commute.

Oh, one more thing, if you liberals want to go down this path, you might want to consider that the percentage of gun ownership is highest in the RED STATES. Just a little food for thought there.

FCC Chairman agrees to stike down The Fairness Doctrine...says it restricts Free Speech

I can hear the libturds and Soroshitskis screaming already.

FCC Chairman agrees to stike down The Fairness Doctrine...says it restricts Free Speech

From The Hill:

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski said his agency will remove the Fairness Doctrine from the rule books in response to a recent request from House Republicans.

"I fully support deleting the Fairness Doctrine and related provisions from the Code of Federal Regulations, so that there can be no mistake that what has been a dead letter is truly dead," Genachowski wrote in a letter Monday to House Energy and Commerce Chairman Fred Upton (R-Mich.).

"I look forward to effectuating this change when acting on the staff's recommendations and anticipate that the process can be completed in the near future."

Genachowski has frequently voiced his opposition to the rule, which required broadcasters to cover controversial public issues in a manner deemed fair and balanced by the FCC.

The left has no problem with the liberal media spinning the truth and evading fair and balance reporting because it benefits them.

The commission stopped enforcing the rule in 1987 after concluding it was unconstitutional, but in recent years some Democrats have suggested reviving the policy in response to the increasingly partisan nature of cable news.

..."In my view, the Fairness Doctrine holds the potential to chill free speech and the free flow of ideas and, accordingly, was properly abandoned," Genachowski said.

Democrats will be disappointed. Their attempt to silence conservative's right to free speech is dead.
