Arms Under Body

The Orlando Sentinel has posted online partial police reports by
Sanford, Fla., officers who responding the night George Zimmerman shot
17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

READ: The police reports on the Trayvon shooting

For anyone following the details of the case closely, there are no

Feb. 26 shooting.

Among them:

Trayvon was laying face down on the ground, with his "hands underneath
his body." Attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful;

ISLAMABAD  – Non-construction of overhead bridge over Chak Shahzad, Rawal Chowk, has posed life risks to the residents. The population of this area runs into million and mostly government employees are living here. The vehicular traffic rush increases on Chak Shahzad Double Road in the early hours of morning and at closing hours of offices and we have to face great difficulty in crossing this double road, said Gul Sher, a resident of Dams colony.
This road becomes impassable for us and we can not cross this road in the morning when our school opens  due to overspeeding vehicles, therefore, we have to wait for hours and this way we miss one or two periods of our class, said a group of girls students. "We are low paid employees and we come from Dams colony but due to traffic rush on this road we can not cross it to move to other side of the road to catch wagon, said a group of residents of Dams colony.
We have to hire taxi at high fares to cross this road to move to hospital as it becomes impassable for us due to fast vehicular traffic, said an ageing person.
Residents of the area demanded immediate construction of overhead bridge over Rawal Chowk otherwise they will be forced to stage protest rallies.

Re: Photographer reflects on bullied gay teen Rafael Morelos' suicide

It is conceivable that if schools were all voluntary and many for profit, even if parents were all equipped with education vouchers, that some kids would be kicked out of every school and would have to either enroll in a reform school or a trade school to find anyone who would take them because of their bad behavior

A far preferable situation to today, where we send them to bad so called schools where they do not learn to read, and then we send them to prison when they end up working as drug mules

Obama's Son would look like...

Man charged with murder in deadly home invasion

April 2, 2012

Jerry Wofford, Tulsa World

3/26/2012

Source …..

If Obama had a son, would he look like Tyrone Woodfork?

After 65 years of marriage. After serving our country. After 90 years of life, Mr. Strait has lost his wife to a murderer. NO ONE in the national media gives a damn. They're only interested in their wonderful hero, Trayvon Martin.

I suppose if Mr. Strait had shot Tyrone, the whole country would know about the story. As it is, only Mrs. Strait died, so it's of no interest to Brian Williams and the rest of the main stream media media, or Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson & the remainder of the "race-baiters".

A man accused of assaulting an elderly couple this month was formally charged Monday.

Tyrone Woodfork, 20, was charged in Tulsa County District Court with felony first-degree murder, two counts of robbery with a firearm and first-degree burglary.

Bob and Nancy Strait were assaulted March 14 in their home in the 3300 block of East Virgin Street. Nancy Strait died March 15 from injuries related to the assault. Bob Strait is still recovering from multiple injuries.

Woodfork was arrested March 15 after witnesses reported seeing the couple's stolen 2001 Dodge Neon in the 3500 block of East Fourth Street. He remains in the Tulsa Jail without bond.

a] NBC Doctored Zimmerman Tapes - Exposed By Fox News

---------

As exposed by Fox News and media watchdog site NewsBusters, the "Today" segment took this approach to a key part of the dispatcher call:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he's up to no good. He looks black.

Here's how the actual conversation went down:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he's up to no good. Or he's on drugs or something. It's raining and he's just walking around, looking about.

Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?

    Zimmerman: He looks black.

NBC to do `internal investigation' on Zimmerman segment
By Erik Wemple

NBC told this blog today that it would investigate its handling of a piece on the "Today" show that ham-handedly abridged the conversation between George Zimmerman and a dispatcher in the moments before the death of Trayvon Martin. A statement from NBC:

"We have launched an internal investigation into the editorial process surrounding this particular story."

Great news right there.

The difference between what "Today" put on its air and the actual tape? Complete: In the "Today" version, Zimmerman volunteered that this person "looks black," a sequence of events that would more readily paint Zimmerman as a racial profiler. In reality's version, Zimmerman simply answered a question about the race of the person whom he was reporting to the police. Nothing prejudicial at all in responding to such an inquiry.

In an appearance on Fox News's "Hannity," Brent Bozell, president of the conservative Media Research Center, called this elision on the part of "Today" an "all-out falsehood" — not just a distortion or misrepresentation.

And it's a falsehood with repercussions. Much of the public discussion over the past week has settled on how conflicting facts and interpretations call into question whether Zimmerman acted justifiably or criminally. That's a process that'll continue. But one set of facts in the is ironclad, and that's the back-and-forth between Zimmerman and the dispatcher. To portray that exchange in a way that wrongs Zimmerman is high editorial malpractice well worthy of the investigation that NBC is now mounting.

Virginia Billboard Campaign: Obama Will Say Anything to Get Re-elected

Virginia Billboard Campaign: Obama Will Say Anything to Get Re-elected

Sunday, 01 April 2012 17:48 Jeff Baird

You can fool some of the people…

RightMove is kicking off an election year advertising blitz to convince voters that the man that they elected in 2008 is not the same man that has been running this country into the ground over the last 3 years. As one of RightMoves' slogans suggest, "Obama will say anything to get re-elected!"

Their opening salvo is a series of banners that have sprung up all over the State of Virginia depicts a picture of President Obama with a milk mustache and a caption that reads "GOT FOOLED?"

With help from the Central Virginia Tea Party, RightMove has started an innovative grass roots movement, anchored by their web site www.rightmove.us that will erect thousands of billboards around the country prior to Election Day with succinct messages illustrating the failures of the Obama Administration's policies regarding the economy, national defense and unemployment.

David Moss, a recent graduate of Virginia Tech, heads the organization says, "Most of my friends from VT and other peers that I have spoken to over the past several months, echo the talking points of the Democratic Party and do not have enough information to be able to to consider alternatives, [read republican] viewpoints.

We chose the medium of billboards and signage, because it gives this tough to reach age group a chance to view these messages over and over again.

If we can put some doubt into their decision making process, I feel confident that they will explore other perspectives and may vote differently this election. We can only hope."

The rightmove.us web site has identified specific billboard locations along major highways in each of the 50 states and donations will be used to purchase these very select venues.

Their goal is to secure these prime locations first and become a prominent force in the 2012 election.

To help publicize the significance of this election and the need for his peers to fully and intelligently consider both sides of the issues, David Moss is planning a series of formal debates through Election Day with Young Democratic Clubs from many of the top schools around the country.

He will be challenging their 'best and brightest" to contrast this administrations existing policies with the conservative viewpoint. The debated will be presented in a YouTube style format and will air unedited with an audience able to "vote" on the winning arguments.

Details will follow at www.rightmove.us
