That agreement was signed by President Bush and the Iraq government, Obama had nothing to do with it. Notice the only jobs he talks about is unionized teacher and construction jobs? More talk of reducing the deficit. Obama promised all this in 2008. Four years later, he's still making these same unfulfilled promises as the zombies chant four more years.
