As you should know, President Obama signed into Law the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 which contained language that would violate both the American sense of justice and the Constitutions of both Oregon (Article I, Sections 10, 12, 14, 22, 23, 27 as available on the Leg.state.ore website) and the United States of America (Article I, Section 9, paragraph 2, Amendment IV, Amendment V, Amendment VI, and Amendment IX).
According to WND.com's Bob Unruh, Representative Daniel P. Gordon Jr. of Rhode Island has proposed "a resolution to exempt his constituents from sections of the federal law." And you are doing what to protect your constituents from an over-reaching Federal Government?
