Re: Students' Rights Weighed As Colleges Try To Assess Threats

The only requirement for any school is to can the bad or disruptive
student K thru postgraduate and send the notice to the responsible
parties ie parents and if the student is an adult the local PD.

Schools are NOT babysitters nor are they responsible for the actions
(just the allowed continued bad behavior) of a student on their
premises.
