I've been doing this show, most Friday afternoons, since December, 2006. Because I am on the program every week, we get way past the standard soundbites, "What is DownsizeDC.org? ...Tell us about the Read the Bills Act? ...Etc."

In 1798, Jefferson wrote that "whensoever" the federal government "assumes undelegated powers," that a "nullification of the act is the rightful remedy."
