(F/male) for the post of project director. The candidate must have a
master degree in social sciences/law with at least 5 years working
experience in project management with some UN agency or international
organizations. The candidate must have an excellent writing and
communication skills. The international exposure would be an additional
qualification. The post is based in Islamabad with frequent field visits
to project areas. The candidate will be responsible to monitor and
evaluate the activities and submission of reports in time. Candidate must
be able to to develop and direct the implementation of project objectives,
policies, procedures and work standards. The incumbent candidate must be
having capacity in terms of selection, capacity building and appraisal of
project staff and could plan, organize and evaluate the work and could
provide professional, technical and operational support to the subordinate
staff and supervisors.
The salary package for this post is about 85000/-
