1-go for a walk at speedy pace in the morning as well as in the evening at least for 30 minutes.
2-mix and grind one cup of black seeds, one cup of mustard seeds and half cup of pomegranate peels, take half spoon for a month in morning as well as in evening.
3-Try to reduce meat, fats and maida flour(purpose flour, used for baking etc.) bread contents in your meal, include fine wheat flour breads instead, This is in accordance with Sunnah.
4-in accordance with Hadith,keep one part of stomach vacant for food, one for air and one for breathing.
5-Muhammad PBUH said Sura Fateha is cure for every disease, recite seven times with Darood e Ibrahimi before and after every day.
6- Recite the ayaah written thrice daily with Darood e Ibrahimi before and after and blow onto you.
