The USA is a bigger entity, as a nation, than the totality of our
local, state and federal governments. If all governments in this
country ceased to exist, tomorrow, the nucleus necessary to finesse a
new, cooperative, social and economic structure all across America
would still be there! In short: You can't "kill" the USA if you,
effectively, KILL every single dysfunctional government in this
country! I repeat: You can't "kill" the USA if you, effectively, KILL
every single dysfunctional government in this country!
The advantages of literally obliterating all non-optimum governments
in America are huge! I'm an architect by profession. Often, older
and sometimes even historic buildings are being considered for
adaptive reuse. The condition of the structure; the size and layout
of the spaces; and the likely superfluous previous modifications must
all be considered. But the final decision usually comes down to
cost. If the pro forma analysis isn't positive, that building is
either left to rot away, or gets demolished.
The pro forma analysis of the majority of governments in this country
fails to justify ANY adaptive reuse. In short, most governments are
FAILING institutions. They are caught in a pointless and divisive tug-
of-war between disparate political factions. But what if there were
no disparate political factions, as my New Constitution would
immediately mandate? Then, the decisions being made wouldn't be "for
or against" any group. The decisions being made could finally be…
what is BEST for the vast majority of Americans!
Glenn Beck—perhaps because he doesn't wish to offend any of his
'potential' viewers—faults both the Democrats and the Republicans for
our dysfunctional federal government. Though Republicans "talk"
fiscal conservatism, they "campaign" so as to appeal to enough…
liberals… to get elected. Note: *** The latter is the core reason for
the decline in government. ***
Beck, or another conservative in the media, had urged the voters to
find out from candidates for public office: "What would YOU cut from
the budget, if you are elected?" This past spring, a caller to WORD
radio in SC explained how he had asked that question to, then,
Gubernatorial candidate, Henry McMaster. McMaster is SC's present
Attorney General. Though he's conservative as his… 'ideal',
McMaster's need-to-get-elected required that he get votes from those
who might be… hurt if the state budget gets cut. So, McMaster was mum
about cutting anything from the budget… lest he loose votes.
Folks, the more our governments pay out, the more control is being
passed to the RECEIVERS of those payments. Once anyone gets payments
from government—and there are tens of millions who do—those same
people will REFRAIN from voting for any person who reduces or cuts
back their "entitled" payments. Effectively, most governments in this
country aren't being run by "the people", as is mandated by the US
Constitution, but are being run by those wanting to continue to… GET
from government in exchange for their voting for the CAREER
politicians who will keep those payments coming. Correcting our many
'broke' governments is an absolute impossibility by working WITHIN the
'broke' governments. But doing such will be amazing easy if enough
people will simply say: "I'm mad as HELL and not going to take this
anymore!"
Fox News Network, the only "passable" information source on TV, thus
far, hasn't taken any steps toward helping to correct our failing
systems of government. Obviously, Fox wants the USA to go-down-the-
tubes, so that more and more people will buy the God Damned gold that
those advertisers keep hawking on Fox. Glenn Beck, as smart as he is,
is somehow being constrained (by someone, somewhere) from saying on
any of his shows: "Barack Obama and the progressive Democrats and the
cross-over Republicans who are supporting Obama's socialist/communist
objectives, are violating the Constitution—which all of them swore to
uphold and protect! Anyone who blatantly works to change the USA from
a Republic into a socialist/communist form government, is committing
TREASON! As I see it, the easiest FIX for our huge 'broke' government
problem is to have the people ratify a NEW Constitution. A Patriot
from SC has already written a New Constitution that will guarantee
that 'Fair play and democracy shall have supremacy in the USA!' Never
again will groups have to fight against other groups to get fair
treatment. Fair treatment shall be mandated! …"
There's some sort of "big deal" rally scheduled for the end of this
August. Glenn Beck talked about… "40 days…" as if that rally is to be
a religious crusade of some kind; and through prayer, our nation's
problems will magically be corrected. For the past 15 years, while
writing our New Constitution, I've been actually SOLVING every
conceivable problem that the USA is likely to face. But the media
"air time" only mentions… prayer as the solution to our 'broke'
government. Why is it that no one who "seems" to care about the USA
is willing to say, on TV, that a *** New Constitution is a more direct
FIX for 'broke' government than holding 'rallies' to get more "good
people" devoured by our corrupt governments?
With so many people… 'getting' from government, it's unlikely anyone
can be elected without at least, tacitly, agreeing to continue the
socialist/communist decline of the USA. But… there MAY be hope if,
say, Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona, or Gov. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana
will assert the rightful authority of their states to stand-up-to our
corrupt and illegitimate federal government. Rather than accepting
being sued by Obama for wishing to have a protected Arizona/Mexico
border, all Gov. Brewer needs to do is to direct her state's Law
Enforcement Division to arrest every single leftist, socialist/
communist politician who sets foot in Arizona! And she should inform
the federal government—on national TV—that every action taken by those
in Washington that hasn't conformed to our present Constitution, is
tantamount to TREASON! An illegitimate President and an '89%'
illegitimate Congress can't sue anyone for anything.
Rightfully, the US military is highly thought of by the American
people. But Congress, with only an 11% approval rating must go. From
day one, my New Constitution will:
1. Limit those who represent us in the House to people who have never
held public office before, nor (except for time spent in the military)
ever worked full-time for the government.
2. Ban the US Senate from existence, because such body has always
been the height of anti fairness and anti democracy. (The cost of
government will go down, and its efficiency will go up!)
3. Outlaw all political parties! Never again will this country be
split… down-the-aisle.
4 Criminalize lobbying by professionals, or amateurs, who represent a
particular faction or group. Any person who systematically contacts
representatives to influence their votes, other than their own home
district representative, shall be guilty of a felony.
5. Ban the media, and its many parts, from commenting on or assessing
anything regarding pending elections or referenda. News can be
"covered", i.e., played back as real time audio or video recordings,
but no person employed by any medium; invited onto shows by a medium;
nor any celebrity shown via the media shall assess or comment on
elections or referenda issues—at risk of committing a felony.
6. Ban the media from having access to the US Capital. And ban
representatives from talking to any medium whose viewing audience or
readers is outside of that representative's home district or state.
7. Remove the authority of the House to raise taxes above set, pre-
defined limits, without a national vote of the People. And allow
having public votes on any issue of great controversy.
8. Increase the 'provisional' vote for passage of a bill to 55%. And
require that all bills passing by less than 60% be re voted every four
years.
9. Strip all formerly abused powers from the Judiciary, which shall
become a LESSER branch of government.
10. Spell out dozens of offenses by government officials and
employees which shall get them fired and/or imprisoned. Such firings
can be instigated by any law abiding citizen observing the
infraction(s).
11. Require that all government officials and employees take a
loyalty oath to serve the PEOPLE (rather than some perceived 'boss' in
government).
12. Completely revamp the 'cultures' and processes in law enforcement
which have, effectively, let the USA become a police state. No more
can law enforcement have immunity from prosecution because such is
acting as an arm of government. Any person working for government,
including public officials, can be sued in civil court, or charged in
criminal court just like those outside of government.
13. Strip the requirement that jury verdicts be unanimous either for
guilt or for innocence. The latter… 'for innocence' neutralized the
Founding Father's fervent hope that no person go to prison, nor be put-
to-death, for a crime or offense which they didn't commit. My New
Constitution will come close to guaranteeing that no innocent person
will ever go to jail!
14. Require that companies based in the USA that do business in other
countries, shall not damage the public health nor the natural
environment either here nor abroad. (For example: No more selling of
cigarettes to other countries as though the eventual killing of those
people is somehow an acceptable business practice.)
*15. Require that every 'law' on the books be reviewed and revoted—
with full citizen input. No law shall exist that isn't agreeable to
at least 55% of the voters.
The best "provision" of my New Constitution is that such will
automatically invalidate every socialist/communist-leaning "law"
passed by the Obama regime. And not one penny needs to be wasted on
getting… "better people" elected to public office! Follow my thread
back in time, Folks. "United we stand; divided we fall." May we all
unite to SAVE the USA!
