Hi All,

We are seeking candidates for a position at a Large Telecom
Multinational Company

Position Title: Admin Facilities Manager
Position Location: Lahore
Sector: Telecom
Company Type: Large Telecom Multinational Company
Salary Range: 110K – 220K

Essential Requirments:
- About 8 to 10 years of Admin Facilities Management experience
- Clarification: This position involves management of administration facilities

Job Description:
- Manage lay out, office renovation and consolidation assignments
based on given
requirements.

- Manage equipments, assets, power and utilities including their
repair and maintenance

- Conduct site surveys & supervise Admin build out projects

- Supervise Genset operations at regional office

- Manage verification & quantity survey of build out projects

- Conduct technical surveys; come up with resolution proposals for
office electrical and civil
work issues.

- Oversee management of relevant systems, automation and quality of service

The ideal candidate should

- Have eight to ten years of Admin Facilities Management experience

Essential Skills

- Project Management

- Proficient in operating MS Office suite and Auto CAD

Desirable Skills

- Six Sigma Certification
