Re: Suggested Romney AD

Great comment "J"!

Michael,  I will take you up on your challenge!  I will start working on "My"  list this weekend, when I have a moment.

We're not all that far apart on our viewpoints here......I just want to believe, that the Republican Party is receptive to the conservative tenets that it has long held.....At least those tenets that were a part of the Reagan era in the 1980s.

AGAIN ... If you are in favor of A, B, C and D and opposed to E, F, G and H ... WHY would you support something CONTRARY?

Uhm ... Paul (quietly) left Tampa to a *SURPRISE* fondling and delay by the TSA.

Here is my challenge to YOU and others ...

Let's LIST all these egregious actions perpetrated by Obama. Once the Republicans 'retake' power (they *may* very well take the Senate and add to the House), let's watch/investigate/observe/take note at how they repeal/abolish said egregious actions. For extra credit, let's see whether those egregious actions began under Bush II -- or otherwise WHERE they began.

It is not that I am 'negative'. It is instead that I have observed and researched ... noting that the Republicans tend to TALK about all the 'right' things, but almost NEVER tend to ACT upon them.
I would certainly like to be pleasantly surprised, but I am certainly not deluded enough to think they will be *any* different.

I hope and pray that you are wrong Michael!  I don't have nearly the.....What's the word I am looking for?  "Negative Vibes"  that you have.

The RNC rule-change power grab is an abomination. I am appalled at this power grab by the RNC. Talk about attempting to create a dictator!

Nevertheless,  Dr. Paul should have gracefully bowed out and implored his delegates and supporters to support the platform right now. This rule can be debated at a later time and long before the election in 2016,

Who here is 'far left'?
There are many well on the left who imagine themselves to be on the 'right', but that is another problem entirely.

"Now that Romney is the official nominee, I would like to give my official prediction about the election.
"Prediction 1: If Romney wins, in four years we will have a higher national debt, and still have a drug war, a police state, troops in 150 countries, and a national security/warfare state. Prediction 2: If Obama wins, in four years we will have a higher national debt, and still have a drug war, a police state, troops in 150 countries, and a national security/warfare state." -- Laurence Vance

Thanks for posting Travis.  Well said.  Maybe some of the far left "Libertarians"  will take a moment to read this here in Political Forum.
