Yes, and the Parade is not free nor open to the public for participation... you must qualify and pay up to a base fee of 3000 dollars. No different than any other Private event held on public streets.

The Mass court ruled gay groups could march to their hearts content, but if the neighborhood determined banners refering to sexual preference were inappropriate, then leave the banner at home or find another soap box, as children are not only in the audience, but the target audience.
 
There is a Gay Pride parade every June in Boston.  Thats just fine.
