Muslims will be happy to learn that alas, the shake doesn't actually contain any real bacon meat. According to the fast food chain's website, it's made with "bacon flavored syrup." It packs a caloric punch, though — a regular 16-ounce size holds 773 calories and 40 grams of fat. A 24-ounce large one contains 1,081 calories and 54 grams of fat.
