Here again is another example of Ron Paul supporters basing their opinion on misinformation and not really knowing what the Hell they are talking about.
In the article posted by MJ on January 5, by Crackpot Butler Shaffer, the gist of the complaint is that the Army is going to punish a soldier because he supports Ron Paul. The reason the Army is looking at taking action against the soldier, is because he broke a rule that as Mark pointed out, is known from almost the day you get into the Army: "Don't appear in uniform at any political event!"
Plainol is still stuck on the technical gaff that CNN had when Blitzer interviewed the soldier.....PlainOl still doesn't get it.

Here is why the soldier is facing trouble:
10 to 1 he doesn't get in trouble
not even his CO is going to care much about this, he might have to
fill a few sandbags, get yelled at for 20 minutes, but that will be
about it. he wont lose rank or get the big chicken dinner, so its
really not that big of a deal
Here is one of the comments on CNN about this:
"Throw the book at him. There's a reason members of the military are
not allowed to do this; we live in a democracy."
