Re: NDAA, AKA 'Indefinite Citizen Imprisonment w/o Trial Act' is still open to veto

Perhaps. But how under that NDAA provision of law that appears to be
not 'pursuant to our Constitution' such a pears to be wishful thinking
whose supporting evidence may vanish wen we need it most. It is a
stamp-act kind of little trespass into 'articles of assistance' type
of OBMAnation.
