The R.C.M.P. have been guilty of neglegence over and over again since 1967. The R.C.M.P. act has to be rescinded in Canada as residents of Saskatchewan require usefull pivate security services. The R.C.M.P. are guilty of extortion, neglegence, profiting from sabbotage solitations, and have illegally closed investigation files with predjudices.
