It is humble request to dabbir to please contact Ulma and consult Holy Quran & Hadid on the "People shall be called by his/her Mother's name" and that's why whole west mention mother's name in "birth certificate"?????. NOT IT IS NOT...This is misperception and misunderstanding that it is said by Almighty Allah and His Messanger. No Everything is Not Right & Proper what Europe does.
