Yes you are right. Qadianis are not Muslims.
However, this inclusion of Qadiani issue in the original Aamir Liaquat discussions has benefited Mr. Aamir Liaquat and he must be laughing now, since no one is focussing on him any more.
 
This is the same way as when the Israelis and Indians start a fight between various groups and various parties in Pakistan and the Pakistanis start to hurt each other and the Indians and the Israelis can laugh to their hearts content.
