**JP** {Tibb-e-Nabawi} Thareed in Ramadan

At Sohoor, we have seen that either Talbinah OR home-made Yogurt are the best foods for you. And be careful that due to peak summer season, Yogurt should be collected within 48 hours of fermentation. 60 ~ 72 hours with hot weather will be a problem.

At Iftaar, the best food is Thareed, which is Barley bread soaked in a meat curry, & you can even make the same with vegetable curries.

We started this Ramadan with a Thareed recipe that was not designed earlier in this world.

Barley dough was decorated like a DULHAN with Kalonji, Flax, Sesame, Zeera, Sumaaq, etc. & due to shortage of time, we prepared it in a Chapatti maker, the electric device has a drawback that it makes the Chapatti hard like a cracker / Papad, but for Thareed, it is OK because the soup will soften the bread. Other option is to have the dough ball flattened by Chapatti maker & then take the Roti on Tawa.

Make pieces of Barley bread & place them at the bottom of a bowl, now bring the meat curry & we used Camel's meat cooked with Sweet Potatoes, both the bread & curry should be hot, put some olive oil at the top & the Ruby red Pomegranate vinegar, close the bowl with a lid & steep for 5 minutes, OR you may take it on the stove (at low heat) for 5 minutes.

With all of the TOP-ORDER ingredients, Barley Bread as a Dulhan, Camel's meat+Sweet Potatoes & finally the blessed olive oil & the vinegar which is born after thousands of years, it was a Thareed curry that was not designed earlier in this world.
