Dr. Rizwan Sahib, Assalam O Alaikum,

Thanks for your interest in Tibb-e-Nabawi, where we emphasize to fix the diet primarily before adopting a medicine, unlike the Doctors at hospitals who give the pills to you as the first option, they are paid percentage / commission by the pharmaceutical companies, so with a false intention, a doctor's prescription will never pull down the Shifa from skies.

On behalf of the divine medicine of your beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam, we are so confident that your years old digestion problems will go away. You mainly need to change the diet + some mild herbal medicines will do the job Insha'Allah.

A diet low in fiber (white wheat bread & rice) & high in animal proteins & damaged fats, spoiled further by soda drinks, tea, coffee, pickles, salted foods, on the shelf products, etc. are the root cause of all ailments, on the contrary, Tibb-e-Nabawi insists for a beautiful diet that is high in fiber (Barley), low in animal proteins & healthy fats (Olive Oil exclusively), and absolutely free of damaged fats, along with some blessed Diuretics that never deplete Electrolytes, like Barley Water, Nabeez, Sakanjabeen, Camel's Milk, etc.

The medicine which you are taking will definitely create Iron Deficiency, because Histamine blockers (Tagamet and Tagamet HB, Pepcid and Pepcid AC, Axid and Axid AR, Zantac) prevent the release of stomach acid and are used in the treatment of ulcers, heartburn, and acid reflux. These drugs reduce iron absorption by decreasing the acidity of the stomach. For this same reason, antacids (for example, Tums and Rolaids) reduce iron absorption.

For you, we start the day with HENNA Water in honey + a tablespoon of Frankincense at an empty stomach,
Breakfast OR Suhoor : Talbinah or home-made Yogurt with a curing time of 48 hours
Lunch should be skipped for ever, even after Ramadan
Dinner OR Iftaar : Vegetable curries cooked exclusively in the blessed Olive Oil, taken only with Barley Bread, avoid potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage & Bhindi, also avoid fried foods such as Pakoras, Samosa, etc.

Sakanjabeen is the best drink for you, QUINCE Preserve will definitely reduce your GERD.

You will have to eliminate the following foods by 100 %
  1. Wheat bread ~ replaced with the blessed Barley Bread
  2. Rice ~ replaced with the blessed Barley Bread
  3. Corn Oil or Sunflower Oil (all sort of vegetable oils) ~ replaced with the blessed Olive Oil
And for the animal proteins, chicken is the worst, even more harmful than the red meat, it is because most of the poultry is mechanically slaughtered which is DOUBTFUL, it can create dangerous chemicals in your body.

If you do not have Hypertension, our formula "GI" is the best for GERD problems, to be taken as a tablespoon after breakfast & dinner.
