**JP** {Tibb-e-Nabawi} Hypertension in Ramadan

A diet low in fiber & high in damaged fats / animal proteins, spoiled further by tea, coffee, pickles, salted foods, on the shelf dairy products, washed lentils combined with sweets, etc. is the root cause of all diseases, starting from a minor headache to Cancer.

Tibb-e-Nabawi diet is the most beautiful in this world, high in fiber (mostly from Barley), low in healthy fats (Olive Oil exclusively) & animal proteins, & absolutely free of damaged fats, no hot drinks OR hot water, no pickles, all foods prepared & eaten as FRESH, and meals taken lesser than the desire of hunger, such a Diet Chart was Designed by Allah for His beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam. And take my words, if a Blood pressure patient adopts a strict Tibb-e-Nabawi diet, he / she will never need any pills / medicine Insha'Allah.

Barley water is THIN like ordinary water as you have wrote down, it is not thick, only the flakes at the bottom of flask will become thicker. Wait for 6 hours before you can strain out the Barley water.

Could you recomend how someone would keep their bloodpressure normal in ramzan. the person suffers from high blood pressure.
Also, i brought barley flakes to make barley water, as instructed i put it in a thermos with boiling water to let it soak. the water that came out was of thin consistency, i must presumed it would be quiet thick?
JazakAllah
