We started this Ramadan with a recipe which was never designed earlier in this world.
Young Camel's Meat (Haashi) is the most nutritious, so we cooked the curry with Sweet Potatoes.
Along with onions, tomatoes, dried garlic, spices, the blessed Olive Oil, Vinegar & water, seal the pressure cooker & after it whistles, wait for 20 minutes so that the meat tenderizes, switch off the stove, wait till all the steam has escaped out, open the lid & add Sweet Potatoes & Sumaaq, cook at low heat for 25 minutes & during the final moments, add some grated Coconut to give a KOKANI taste to this curry.
To tell you the truth, I rarely tasted such a delicious food in my entire life.
