**JP** {Tibb-e-Nabawi} Different vinegars

Sameer Sahib, Assalam O Alaikum,

While brewing Apple vinegar, peels are not a problem, but you may remove the seeds OR leave them, they are bitter in taste.

For Pomegranate or pineapple vinegars, never add the skin peels or any other part of the fruit, otherwise the brew will spoil.

Pomegranate vinegar is the most sensitive & spoils suddenly, it is an expensive Gourmet recipe, that is why we say that it is born after thousands of years, you even have to separate the seed pulp from its juice by refrigerating it for 2 days before fermentation, so you should not try it first, start with dates or apple vinegar, take the experience by solving mistakes & then go for the Pom vinegar.

I have tried vinegars from all the fruits, but Pom-Vin is the best, after which I like Figs, Dates & Pineapple vinegars.

While juicing the fruits, be careful as 20 % will be taken by your family members, you will not be able to stop them, so you will be short for the vinegar brew, no problems at all, juice some extra quantity.

Assalam Alaikum Sir,
Jazak Allah khair for all the great informative posts.  Please also tell me how to make the pineapple vinegar.  I had one more question about the vinegar making process:

I've seen videos on youtube on making apple cider vinegar and they crush the whole apples including its seeds and stems.  For POM vinegar, do I need to cut its peel pieces as well as inside yellow stuff and put it all in the juicer?  I know that you havent done it in your prcocess, please advice if doing this extra would be any better?  also, should I do the same with the pineapples too, i.e. adding their peels and other non-eatable parts?

JazaAllah Khair once again for you generous help.
