Riaz Sahib, Assalam O Alaikum,
 
Protecting the eyes & ears by avoiding Dish Antenna & music is the best for Ramadan & even after Ramadan, never come across Non-Mahram women, they are an ugly DANGER for your Imaan, Tilawat-e-Quran should be maximum with Zikr, Istighfaar & a lot of Duaa bundles, Hazrat Hudhayfah Bin Yamaan Radi Allaho Anh said : "There shall come a time of FITNAH when none shall have safety besides the person who makes a duaa like a drowning person does." (Abu Nuaym in his Hilyah). So we feel that we are living inside the ocean of Fitnah these days.
 
Ramadan is meant for cleaning the body & soul, but we overload the tummy with heavy foods at Iftaar that beget spoiled blood, try to make your diet as mild as possible, depend more on some beautiful beverages of Tibb-e-Nabawi, Barley Water, Sattu drink, Nabeez, Camel's milk, Sakanjabeen (honey & vinegar in water), and you must have to try the home-made Yogurt with a curing time of 48 ~ 72 hours. Replace wheat & rice with the blessed barley bread, also make Barley soups at Iftaar, check the recipes at www.tibbenabwi.com
 
Avoid BESAN, & if you are a lover of Pakoras, make them with flours of Black Chickpeas, Black eyed peas OR Whole Mung Daal (green shelled). We shall send some recipes later to you.
