His guns and private army won't be the deciding factor in the end. If
anything, it will hurt him more than it helps.
And amazingly enough, it won't be because the Libyan people had a pro-
gun lobby.
When people have had enough, all they have to do is take over
financial institutions and armories that are controlled by the local/
regional people already.
