Much like where Bush Jr. talked to Wall Street Financial CEO's and
told them; "they *should* lend more to businesses in order to create
more jobs".
They didn't.
He was just as wrong as Obama will be.
These semantics mean nothing and amount to nothing more than worthless
symbolism.
