tax benefit to corporations that offshore jobs. Gubmint might not

the power to tell them what they "have to" or even "should" do with
their profits, but gubmint sure has had a hand in encouraging them to
find labor outside the US.

On the nosey! John Kerry even proposed it in 2004. Nada.

Of course, it does fit the definition of what most dems would call,
"corporate welfare", but hopefully even they would get on board, and
any GOPer who objected, I'd rip a new one for with you.
