The Hill<http://thehill.com/blogs/on-the-money/personnel-notes/138641-rominger...>  reports:  *The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday named former Goldman Sachs executive Eileen Rominger as its director of investment management.*  The 56-year-old Rominger will start work next month at the division that protects investors and promotes capital formation through oversight and regulation of the nation’s multitrillion-dollar investment management industry, the SEC announced in a statement.
