Re: [WardOneDC] Fw: Ding-Dong, Fenty's Not Gone, Courtland

So many of you are so thin skinned.  You can call OTHER people names, but can't take a spelling lesson.

I have already seen people in DC have fits the past week as the tsunami approaches.

A Clinton appointee was fuming down in West End last weekend and cursing out loud on the street when his friends told him what appeared to be a legal parking spot on Sundays was not in fact legal.

He cursed out the DC gubmint bureaucrats.  I guess he thinks his life long career as a federale makes him a higher class of tax tick.

Will any of you go postal in the next 49 days?

Hint:  This behavior is losing you elections.

"Divisive" has one "e."

Those home-schooled tea partiers know that.  I guess that's why surveys show they have slightly higher incomes and are slightly better educated than the average voter.  Contrary to the programming your masters give you.

Maybe Delegate Norton can shake down a lobbyist for some remedial spelling education money.

Lenwood,

I echo these sentiments and am astonished at the counterproductive actions of a few that would undermine the future of the city.  We expect the "tea party" to be devisive, but we should not tolerate it in our media, our neighborhoods or in our city.  Whatever our differences, we need to maintain the positive vision that everyone in the District has a stake in safe neighborhoods, good schools and business opportunities for residents and newcomers alike. Demonizing segments of the population and hating anyone who tries honestly to make a positive contribution and improve that vision should be condemned immediately.  Unity is a good word but is requires day to day awareness of our our actions to realize.

Ding-Dong, Fenty's NOT Gone, Courtland Milloy
Contrary to an opinion expressed in a Washington Post Metro Section column on Thursday, September 16, 2010, by that "wicked" reporter, Courtland Milloy, Adrian Fenty is NOT gone. Fenty will remain the Mayor of Washington, DC until January 2, 2011, and the Fenty Administration Team and his many loyal supporters will be staying with him until the very end.

So, For the next 100 days, we are asking you to keep your Fenty Yard Signs on display, as a gesture to symbolize your support for the Mayor and all he has accomplished over the three and a half years he has served as Mayor of DC.

During these next 100 days, the Fenty Administration will continue to push forward with the education reform program that has successfully turned the DC Public School System around.  Mayor Fenty and Chancellor Rhee will ensure that every student in the city has the kind of teacher and instruction that he or she deserves, and an educational facility to take pride in.

Mayor Fenty and Chief Lanier will also continue to work to make violent crime in DC a thing of the pastMayor Fenty and Neil Albert will keep improving city services in DC to make sure that the needs of the constituents throughout the city are met, and DC can be the World Class city it deserves to be.

Mayor Fenty and Councilmember Muriel Bowser attended the 2010 Democratic Unity Breakfast to benefit the DC Democratic State Committee on Thursday, September 16thThey both heartily endorsed the election of Chairman Gray.

Adrian Fenty has been the Mayor DC deserves and he still needs our support.   Together we can remind him that he inspired a grassroots movement of amazing individuals across the city.  We will never forget all that he has done and he will continue to do for all of usWe are proud of the campaign we ran and the extraordinary group of people who came together to support our Mayor.
This is our one request of all of our supporters:
Keep Your Yard Sign Up and Your Heads Held High!
Thank You for Your Support
