The hiring manager is looking for a BSA with a strong background in Project Management.

Project Name: Portfolio Management Evolution (PME) Program: Track 1 â€" Tool Selection
Brief Project Scope or Description: Nike currently has two tools in house that are being used for various Portfolio, Program, Project and Resource Management functions. Under the PME Program direction one tool must be selected for upgrade / re-implementation. Current phase of project is reviewing 1-3 year old requirements and updating with Nike, Inc. (global) installation as the focus. After requirements are completed both tools will go through two iterations of a conference room pilot using the approved requirements to provide a tool and implementation recommendation to the Program Steering Team on or before October 31st for funding an approval.
If recommendation is approved and funding secured, the next phase would be the tool implementation as outlined in the

Special expertise required, if any: The candidate must have demonstrated experience, with verifiable references, managing the implementation of an enterprise-wide project and program management software application â€" more than one software system package is preferred - and be able to provide an unbiased approach to the selection process. He/She must be able to lead a diverse team of primarily business resources that do not report to them and act as a neutral party for decisions and recommendations while following Nike’s project management methodology. Additionally, the candidate will need to create a detailed project plan with resource requirements, schedule and estimated cost; solicit for and coordinate technical and business resources needed to complete the analysis, recommendation, and business case; provide ongoing status of progress to program and execute to plan, and other project management tasks as required.
This role is also a business analyst role for this work that includes, but is not limited to:
•Soliciting and documenting user and technical requirements,
•Facilitating and documenting business and technology processes and designs,
•Writing user test cases / scripts (where needed)
•Writing and / or working with training department user documentation and training materials
This program is highlighting the need to follow Nike’s project management methodology and standards and a commitment to following through on all objectives and deliverables is required (no shortcuts).
