Please read below as I conceived from below that nobody knows from the new generation that how useful & fruitful he/she is for the Islam or for the country,
This Mr. Akbar did against the orders of Allah (it's very clear),
And we also knows that there is a great responsibility of Governemet as per the statement of our 2nd Caliph that" if a dog died with hunger on the bank of river Farat then I am also responsible for that"
So both are on fault Mr. Akbar did wrong & there is responsibility of Government also because of the condition of county, un employment, poverty, corruption & much more,

My dear,
no government can do anything for those who do not have the sense to plan their
families. We as a nation have to learn how to live within our means and not continue
to produce children with the hope that government or others will feed them, educate them
and provide them shelter and later jobs. For, illiterate, semi skilled, or lowly skilled
workers one child is enough.
Iranians are much richer than us, but they are already now following small family
policy like Chinese.
