Job Description
- Look after HR Relationship Management needs of the designated division
- Provide professional Human Resource Advice to employees and line

- Assist the regional HR head in attaining and maintaining all
relationship management objectives of the region
- Plan and conduct employee engagement activities, conduct Orientation
Sessions
- Implement Business partnership initiatives, communication platforms,
recognition drives
- Support Staffing and Organizational Development teams in their
initiatives like regional hiring, employer branding, training,
performance appraisals etc
- Conduct employee counseling sessions and share findings with
management for resolution of employee issues
- Oversee day to day HR operations activities like benefit
administration, HRIS updates, employee mobility, grievance handling,
employee discipline etc
- Liaise with departmental managers so as to understand all necessary
aspects and needs of HR services, and to ensure they are fully
informed of HR policies
The ideal candidate should
- Hold an MBA degree with majors in Human Resource Management
- Have minimum six years of Human Resource experience with
concentration in Employee Relationship Management
- Be a strong team player with ability to build rapport quickly

2) Position Title: Brand Manager
Position Location: Islamabad

-- Relevant experience with an FMCG preferred
-- Recent experience at prestigious Multinational (or similar) company required
Job Description:
- Develop and implement communication plans that ensure the successful
achievement of the brand's market objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the brand strategy and positioning on a
continuous basis to keep it in line with the business strategy
- Work hand in hand with marketing research to hone consumer insights
in order to drive overall brand strategy and direction.
- Monitor key parameters of brand health, and brand equity and take
necessary actions to ensure maintenance/improvement in all key areas
of brand health tracking
- Effectively lead integrated marketing efforts with cross-functional

Sharp,confident, and having excellent understanding of legal matters.
Job Overview:
Manager (Legal) is responsible to provide management guidance for
legal proceedings, conducts service litigation, also ensures the
implementation of court's verdict.
