We are looking for candidates for a position in a Telecom Multinational Company

Position Title: Project Manager New Business Development

Location: Islamabad

Sector: Telecom

Salary:

Company is reluctant to give a salary package;

because salary package can vary considerably based on candidate profile.

Essential Requirements:

-- About 8 years (or more) experience

-- Experience of making Business Plans

-- Experience of Project Management

-- Experience of working with prestigious companies

Education & Professional Qualification

·          Degree(s)/Major(s): Master's degree in Business (MBA, MSc

etc) with an engineering and/or IT background is preferred

Experience:

·         About 8 years (or more)

·         Management Consulting experience preferred

·         Project management experience will be preferred

·         Experience in Energy and/or Media sectors preferred

Key Responsibilities

·          Survey various business sectors/industries, gather

information about these sectors, analyze & synthesize this

information, and identifying new business opportunities

·          Develop a feasible business plan/project based on the

analysis which has the potential to become a separate functional

business entity in 2-4 years timeframe

·          Use financial acumen and project management skills to

enable end to end execution of the chosen project

·          Develop viable business proposals, present them to various

stakeholders and gain commitment for funding

·          Develop strong liaison with various internal/external

stakeholders, regulatory bodies, government agencies and other

professional bodies

Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas

·          Demonstrates ability to present ideas in a coherent fashion

and makes a professional impact on the audience

·          Demonstrates ability to develop professional working

relationships with numerous stakeholders

·          Demonstrates ability to persuade people to own point of

view and gains commitment of various stakeholders

·          Demonstrates ability to analyze complex situations, make

sense out of it, and makes it easy for others to understand

·          Demonstrates ambition, entrepreneurial drive and ability to

take calculated risks

·          Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and yet deliver quality
