Re: *? 2 ALL: FLORIDA LAW REQUIRES GOP TO ALLOW CONCEALED WEAPONS AT CONVENTION - WHAT ARE YOUR COMMENTS?*

Except for 'policing' the actual 'crime' of counterfeiting (which the Federal Government is the largest perpetrator), the Secret Service activities are wholly unconstitutional.
Amendment II prohibits the Federal Government from infringing <period>.
Amendment II by way of Amendment XIV prohibits States from infringing <period>.
The unconstitutional activities of the Secret Service do not trump state or local law.

That our unconstitutional, immoral, out-of-control Federal Government does as it pleases .... does not change these realities.

Thats just wrong!  Secret Service is NOT bound by state or local law!  Duh!  Massachusetts has conceal/carry.  Guess where you could neither conceal nor carry in Boston at the DNC in 2004.

Ridiculous!!!!!!!!
