You heard right! My campaign has collected over 3,000 signatures to put me on the ballot for the June 26th primary.

That is more than three times the legally required limit! 

For the last several weeks my campaign volunteers have been on the streets of the 7th district collecting signatures and our hard work has paid off.

I am truly humbled by the grassroots support that has rallied around my campaign in order to help me get on the ballot.

To put this in perspective, over the last few elections the incumbent in this race has worked to stopped any challengers from appearing on the ballot.

We have reached a major achievement with our signature collection and I want to thank all of you who donated or volunteered with my campaign to collect signatures.

None of this would be possible without your generous time and support!

While the ballot initiative was a wild success for the campaign,  the true test lies just ahead.

For the next two and a half months my campaign is prepared to wage an aggressive voter outreach effort.

We will be knocking on doors, calling voters and sending out targeted mail pieces in order to get my message of honest and accountable government out to the voters of the 7th district.

In order to have a strong finish as we enter the final stretch of the primary my campaign will need resources to keep all of our operations running.
