URGENTLY REQUIRED–MANAGER PRODUCTION PLANNING & INVENTORYCONTROL-PHARMA-KARACHI
 A leading National Pharmaceutical  Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires   Manager Production Planning & Inventory Control. The incumbent should be responsible for:
·         Assess the plant capacity work-center wise based on marketing requirement and stock availability and give recommendation for overtime or appointment of temporary staff.
·         Prepare production and packaging schedules for factory and provide shop orders of all planned batches through BPCS.
·         Prepare daily report and monitor stock position of all sales, samples, veterinary & imported products and ensure their availability in time.
·         Maintain and execute computer systems for Material Requirement Planning (MRP), capacity Requirement Planning (CRP), sales and distribution in consultation with IT department.
·         Prepare reports regarding sales & production efficiencies for references of senior mgmt. in the areas of strategic decision-making and perform other non-routine jobs assigned by the management.
·         Plan, implement & follow-up preventive maintenance schedule for all production related machinery of factory.
·         Provide comparison of Utilized Labor hours with Std. Labor hour of all work centers to finance for monthly costing.
Skills :
       ·         Well acquainted with MS Office
       ·         Excellent communication skills both verbal and spoken in English
·         Capable of all Planning parameters

 Qualification:   MBA/B.Pham  
Age               :   30-40 Years     Gender:  Male
Experience   :   5-8 years in the similar capacity in reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
