This year's will of course be delivered by Skippy. It is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. EST on January 24, 2012, before multiple teleprompters in the chamber of the House of Representatives. He will, as usual, speak with forked tongue. This is what the real State of the American disUnion is: 
Salary of retired US Presidents .............$180,000 FOR LIFE Salary of House/Senate .......................$174,000 FOR LIFE Salary of Speaker of the House ............$223,500 FOR LIFE Salary of Majority/Minority Leaders ....... $193,400 FOR LIFE Average Salary of a soldier deployed in Afghanistan……..$38,000 I think we found where the cuts should be made!
