Re: Fwd: He's in!

Johnson supports balancing the federal budget immediately.[62] He
supports "slashing government spending", include Medicare, Medicaid,
and Social Security entitlements.[59] His plans include cutting
Medicare and Medicaid by 43% and turning them into block grant
programs, with control of spending in the hands of the states to
create "fifty laboratories of innovation".[62]
---
all good

He advocates passing a law allowing for state bankruptcy
----
a state should never be allowed to spend themselves into bankruptcy

and expressly ruling out a federal bailout of any states.
---
very good!
the rest of the country is tired of seeing northeastern states and
industries receive our tax dollars

He is opposed to the United States continued presence in the War in
Afghanistan saying "Initially Afghanistan was totally warranted... But
after being in Afghanistan for six months I think we effectively wiped
out al Qaeda...".[63]
---
I wonder if he supports rebuilding Afghanistan. Did we go into
Afghanistan to capture or kill AQ or were we there to reconstruct
their country?

He is against the United States involvement in the Libyan Civil War.
[64] Having opposed the Iraq War from the start,[58] he has called for
the continued American presence in the country to end.[65]
----
the interventionist policy must end
we know who is promoting it ... they must be defeated in DC by any
means necessary
