Just a few days back , a programme with Mubashir Luqman at 8 p.m was aired on tv.
Mubashir Luqman had the papers with him and sated that the period between his bachelor and master's degree is about 7 years while Ph.d he got was just after 9 days of his master's degree . Several times he tried to contact Dr. Amir Liaqat for any answer but he did'ni respond.
