all persons should abide by the same laws no matter what area the wish to reside in.  if the jurisdiction has a government they need also to play by the same rules without soliciting any forgery or extortion monopolies.

My only concerned observation is that someone can be so idiotic that they think more governmental intervention could be good for anything. What is wrong with people negotiating their own contracts, holding personal responsibility for their own actions or inactions, abilities or inabilities?
