Natural Born Citizen definition - US Code Title 8, Section 1401
•Any one born in a U.S. possession<----, if one parent is a citizen
and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
•Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and
as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the
U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service
included in this time)<-------
He was born on a military base (US soil), IN a US possession (US
soil), with NEITHER parent an alien, BOTH having lived in the US for
more than 5 years, and one with extreme military service
I'm starting to lose count of the criteria he meets.
These were put into law to SPECIFICALLY ensure that the children of
soldiers serving abroad would never lose any rights!
