Re: Conservatives: if your unemployed, you're lazy and uneducated

Your generalizations are duly noted, but I think you know better. No
Conservative, let alone "Conservatives" as a whole, suggest ALL
unemployed are lazy, uneducated and not worth much.

The fact is some politicians are willing to speak the truth and some
are not. The truth sometimes hurts. Right now I personally know of
three people who are unemployed and two of them ARE lazy and not worth
much. They are a leech on the system. They put more effort into
beating the system to ensure they continue to draw a government check
than they do trying to find a job. To them, people like you are their
meal ticket.

This doesn't mean I don't understand times are hard and that there are
a lot of honest, hard working, well educated people who simply can't
find a job. But it's disingenuous to suggest benefits are not made
available to these people. And it's simply disastrous to ignore the
extensive abuse, fraud and corruption that is bleeding the system to
death and then suggest the only answer is to throw more money at it.
