Strategic Partnership?
On the one hand Raymond Davis' involvement with the terrorist TTP, enabling it in carrying out devastating bomb blasts in the country including on the army and ISI installations with a view to destabilising Pakistan, is an almost foregone conclusion. And, on the other hand the purpose of Senator John Kerry’s recent visit is said to be was to smooth over tensions (AP), seek Davis's return to the United States, and reaffirm Washington's commitment to a strategic partnership with Pakistan.What a partnership? Baghal mein chhuri muhn peh Ram Ram !! Is it the latest scripture learnt by the Yanks from the followers of Chanakiya?
