Law and order in Balochistan to bring serious consequences: SC

Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has remarked that the situation in Balochistan province is turning critical and would bring serious consequences if it is not addressed.
A Supreme Court bench headed by the CJ was hearing a petition regarding law and order situation in Balochistan.
The CJ remarked that innocent people were paying ransom to secure their release besides governor, DCO and high level officials were being attacked in the province, adding that at least 110 innocent people have gone missing in Balochistan.
Justice Sair Ali termed the law and order in Balochistan as worst than Jungle.
The CJ observed that the province was an important unit of federation and the protection of citizens' lives was the constitutional responsibility of the incumbent government.
A lawyer form the Balochistan High Court Bar informed the court that the political workers were being killed one by one in the province.
Justice Chaudhry ruled that why the Chief Secretary and IG Balochistan police were holding their posts as they were not able to cope with the situation.
The CJ direct the Attorney General Anwar Ul Haq to apprise the prime minister about the situation in the province and informed the court about PM's viewpoint to the situation.
Heads of Frontier Constabulary (FC), Balochistan Levies and Military Intelligence have been issued notices seeking their replies over the law and order in the province.

لیبیا،پاکستانی خاندان پریشان

اسلام آباد:لیبیا میں مقیم پاکستانیوں کے خاندان لیبیا کی بدامنی و خون ر یزی سے شدید پریشان ہیں،حکومت پاکستان سے واپس لانے کے لئے اقدامات کرنے کی اپیل کر دی ہے۔
افریقی مسلم ملک لیبیا میں جاری بدامنی میں ایک محتاط اندازے کے مطابق ہزار سے زائد افراد ہلاک ہو چکے ہیں تاہم اس حوالے سے ایک فراری ڈاکٹر نے انکشاف کیا ہے کہ اس کے سامنے صرف ایک شہر میں ایک ہزار سے زائد اموات ہوئیں ہیں جن میں زیادہ تر لوگ فائرنگ سے ہلاک ہوئے تھے۔
پاکستان کےہزاروں شہری روزگار اور تعلیم کے غرض سے لیبیا میں مقیم ہیں ۔لیبیا میں مقیم ایک ایسے ہی شہر ی احمد ریاض کے والد ریاض علوی کا کہنا ہے کہ ان کا بیٹا روزگار کے سلسلے میں لیبیا میں مقیم تھا اور اس کے ہمراہ ان کی بہو اور دو پوتے بھی رہتے ہیں ۔3 دب قبل ہونے والے ایک رابطے میں انھون نے اپنی خیریت سے آگاہ کیا تھا تاہم اس کے بعد سے اب تک ان کی کوئی خیر و خبر نہیں ہے جس کی وجہ سے ان کو بہت تشویش ہے۔پاکستان کے صوبے پنجاب سے تعلق رکھنے والے احمد یار خان کے بیٹے بھی لیبیا میں مقیم ہیں ،احمد یار کے بیٹے شہریا طرابلس کے ایک تعلیمی ادارے میں تعلیم حاصل کرتے ہیں ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ابھی طرابلس میں ایسے حالات نہیں ہوئے ہیں تاہم ہماری درخواست ہے حکومت پاکستان سے کہ وہ حالات خراب ہونے سے قبل اپنے شہریوں کو طرابلس سے باہر نکال لے تاکہ کسی قسم کے نقصان سے بچا جاسکا ہے۔
پاکستان کی وزارت خارجہ کے زرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ لیبیا میں 18 ہزار سے زیادہ پاکستانی مقیم ہیں اور وہ سب کے سب خیریت سے ہیں۔
