Republicans Read Parts of the Constitution

I had to laugh when I found out that House Republicans didn't read the whole Constitution today. Some parts were accidently omitted and other parts were deliberately omitted. Sounds just like the typical attitude toward the Constitution by the Republicans, doesn't it?
