The Free State Foundation will hold its Third Annual Winter Telecom Policy Conference on February 4, 2011, at the National Press Club. Conference participants will discuss and debate hot-button communications policy issues, including broadband and Internet policy, spectrum and universal service reform, media regulation, and more!

 

FCC Commissioner Meredith Attwell Baker will deliver a keynote address.
