Of course there is THIS campaign promise which would certainly serve
to ABOLISH much of the Government:

Thats ONE (and I agree - Dept Ed was and is redundant). No Reagan and
neither Bush.
The ICC was never a cabinet position and was abolished in 1995. Guess
who the president was? It was HIS idea. Phase 2, Government
Reinvention (see 1995 SOTU). Clinton shut down more government
agencies than any president in history. Bully for him.
