We are seeking candidates for a position at a Large Telecom
Multinational Company
 
Position Title: Director Revenue Assurance and Risk Management
[This is the Head of Revenue Assurance and Risk Management position,
reporting to the CFO]
Position Location: Islamabad
Sector: Telecom
Company Type: Large Telecom Multinational Company
Salary Range: 240K – 480K.
Essential Requirments:
- 10 years (or more) work experience
- Recent experience in large telecom multinational companies
- Recent experience in telecom revenue assurance or risk management or
internal audit capacity.

The ideal candidate should:
-- Be a chartered accountant (CA) or MBA.
-- Have a minimum of 10 years management or team leadership experience
in telecom
   revenue assurance, risk management or internal audit capacity.
-- Be a seasoned Finance and IT professional with proven leadership qualities.
-- Have sound telecom knowledge of network and processes architecture,
IT systems,
   revenue streams, products and services and risk management.

Job Description:
-- Lead the Revenue Assurance and Risk/ Fraud Management functions in
line with company's strategic direction
-- Lead local Revenue Assurance team within the business unit while
reporting results to senior management
-- Participate in project planning and strategy formulation with the
Group RA function and support wider organizational initiatives in the
RA and risk management arena
-- Define measurable team objectives based on the corporate RA goals
set by group RA function, primarily in the areas of end-to-end revenue
assurance and subscription assurance
-- Manage resources, guidance and other support required by the RA
team to achieve the assigned objectives
-- Oversee provision of regular and accurate reports on RA metrics,
KPIs and other agreed goals to management within the operating
business and to the Group RA function
-- Identify and establish effective controls within the department
-- Manage fraud control department for better control over fraud hence
increasing company's profitability
-- Plan and establish Fraud Control measures
-- Review company wide policies, processes & systems to identify fraud
and risk and re-engineering of processes and systems by developing
additional controls
-- Effectively monitor defined controls to detect fraud
-- Develop fraud detection, investigation & post fraud strategies to
minimize the cost of fraud

Essential Skills
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and stressful situations
- Business presentation and planning skills
- Proficiency in operating MS Office suite
- Proficiency in implementing & operating RA & FM systems

Desirable Skills
- Project Management
